Our client is a leader in digital media, prioritizing on Digital Strategy, Creativity, Data Driven & Dynamic Action that creates strong and provocative digital relationship between brand & consumer. The Account Director will possess great aptitudes in building and maintaining customer relationships. The selected candidate will also demonstrate excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise account managers, supervisors, and executives.
Key Responsibilities | Deliverable
- Ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of service, value, strategic and creative thinking from the agency
- Champion digital ideas as part of a broader integrated approach to marketing
- Deliver the account(s) vision and partners tightly with the core integrated brand team to live out the vision of the account
- Expert at shaping and managing client expectations
- Displays strategic confidence and sound logic in point of view formation
- Accountable for client financials; helps manage account profitability
- Contribute to running new business pitches
- Promote seamless collaboration and partnership throughout the team
- Ensure agency resources are effectively forecast and profitably deployed
- Manage conflict or tenuous situations with poise
- Lead by example and fosters the professional growth and development of account team; ensures internal team harmony and satisfaction
- Support and rallies behind big ideas by nurturing, shaping and protecting them
- Partner with group creative director to ensure quality of creative work meets high standards while delivering business results
Experience | Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of agency account management experience
- Strong experience managing digital initiatives as part of a larger, complex client business
- Posses an innate curiosity, keen insight and unyielding passion for our industry
- Ability to think big, but also translates into meaningful, insightful and actionable steps.
- Natural ability to lead through a presence and performance that instills confidence and conviction as well as ability to keenly and clearly provide business and marketing consultation
