Role Overview

Our client is one of Asia’s largest and most modern exhibition and convention centers with a usable indoor space over 140,000 square meters, comprising a variety of venue sizes to meet all kinds of events requirement.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Drive, lead, manage and motivate team to achieve sales target
  • Review target ,work with team and advise team by monthly and quarterly
  • Coach team with daily briefing before start working                                              
  • Prepare the annual sales team budget, sales strategy and action plan for entire section and implement of highly effective sales plan to achieve the sales revenue  
  • Support Director of Sales to prepare sales strategy and action plan 
  • Review and develop team action plan quarterly                     
  • Analyze and find the new potential account to achieve sales growth
  • Build and maintain good business relations with customers and partners           
  • Build a network of business contacts that can enrich the success of the company’s businesses locally and internationally                                                                         
  • Prepare and submit such regular or special reports as required by Director of Sale
  • Establish rapport within Sales Department and other departments in the company in order to improve office’ atmosphere and positive culture 
  • Pursue excellent working relationship, open communication with team, other department concerned, and other concern personnel
  • Visit our competitive venues in order to build networking and share relevant information to improve our products and services
  • Attend local or international events to update on the latest trend of exhibition, special events and other related issues, e.g. set up, props, concept, etc     
  • Perform special task or project as assigned by Director of Sales
  • Work with Marketing team to formulate and execute marketing campaigns to achieve sales growth and objectives of entire section

Experience | Skill Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 8 years experience in sales in the MICE industry
  • Team leader experience minimum 5 years
