Job Description


The Brand Manager | Food & Beverage will lead the Southeast Asian Marketing Division for this long-established Food and Beverage manufacturer and distributor. This person will oversee the execution of the corporate marketing strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Manage the overall product cycle starting from New Product Development (NPD) to advertising
  • Maximize brand equity and customer loyalty based on sales and competitor analysis
  • Monitor and ensure that marketing activities are implemented effectively and efficiently to achieve the annual sales target within the budget
  • Communicate and coordinate the execution of marketing projects within the organization and with external suppliers
  • Consolidate business views and interpret sales and A&P report for the management
  • Coordinate with the sales department the implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Ensure that all marketing functions comply with company's standards & systems

Experience | Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or any related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experiences in Product Management, preferably gained in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent in English Language, both speaking and writing
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and be results-oriented
  • Creative, confident, and accountable
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to very dynamic, fast-changing work environment
