Role Overview

The Country System Sales Manager will be responsible for the financial performance of the Engineered System Sales team by setting strategic goals and plans aligned with the company's strategy for this world leading manufacturer of equipment for buildings.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Responsibility of sales, plan and implement budget marketing
  • Improvement sale team
  • Technical design, support and budget - profit control for Thailand and oversea project
  • Planning annual business plan, sales strategy and budget for the territory
  • Achieving and improving sales targets through proper execution of market and sales strategies
  • Increasing sales growth of current distribution and further developing new business in defined markets
  • Supervising customer in technical and pricing structures, service levels, and product assortments
  • Training product and technologies to new customers
  • Managing sales relation activities with customers via distributors or direct customer in the future
  • Coordinating with internal parties to ensure satisfactory service
  • Being responsible for payment collection and controlling payment terms

Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years' experience in HVAC industry, and experience in Sales & Marketing or any related experience
  • Strong in Leadership skill
  • Fluent English skills
