Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
- Responsibility to manage assigned customers' orders from incoming order, delivery until the invoice is settled.
- Customer consultation for specific problems or information seeking.
- First evaluation of claims and forwarding to technical customer service, sales manager, sales representative, quality management.
- Conduct active selling actions and support any incoming customers inquiry. Support sales as interface between internal and external departments.
- Manage Customer Services Team to support customer and process order or inquiry smoothly.
- Handling service quality & product quality complaint.
- Order handling; to Provide product and delivery information; substitution offerings (e.g. on non-available products); up selling; cross selling; offer additional products to customer; support delivery in full and on time
- Support on quotations processing
- 7 years of experience in customer service, especially in Manufacturing industry
- Work on sales forecast processes, S&OP processes, order to invoice processes and a general knowledge of manufacturing/distribution processes.
- Capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
- Capacity to organize and to prioritize.
- Good in English communication skill
- Experiences to use SAP system is preferred.
