Role Overview

Assuming the lead role in creating & driving execution of the Digital Marketing strategy for the Thai market of this global, multi-billion dollar leader in Testing & Certification services, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop the overall 360 Degree Marketing strategy and ensure its realization.


The hands-on, technically saavy Digital Marketing Manager will be working independently, with oversight & direction from the regional Marketing team, to design, implement & measure effectiveness of Integrated Marketing Campaigns. As such, solid experience with SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, e-Mail Marketing and Google Analytics is required.


We are looking for a driven, self-starter who will take ownership of the marketing strategy & drive execution for results. The Digital Marketing Manager will be working remotely from home primarily, with weekly meetings at the company's Thailand HQ and factory in Pathum Thani.


Finally, solid English communication skills are required to enable effective communication across the German multi-national enterprise.




Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Collaborate with the respective Business Divisions and Sales to design & implement Integrated Marketing Campaigns to achieve campaign objectives (e.g. generating qualified leads)
  • Work closely with regional Marketing team to Thai localize, implement, track and analyze campaigns
  • Drive campaign activities, both digital initiatives and live events, from conceptualization, implementation to tracking and success measurement ensuring campaign objectives are realized
  • Produce engaging online & offline marketing collateral including brochures, trade fair materials, website content and e-mail campaigns
  • Actively engage & manage leads ensuring qualified leads are communicate to sales teams through the corporate CRM platform
  • Ensure all marketing activities have clear measurable objectives and evaluate success through metric monitoring for continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness
  • Management of external marketing agencies, as necessary
  • Evaluating competitor Digital Marketing strategies identifying competitive advantage to exploi



Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing | Communications | Business | Creative or any Relevant Program
  • 2+ Years of Digital Marketing experience in B2B or B2C environment
  • Professional competence in SEM | Content Marketing | Social Media Marketing (FB, LINE) | Google Analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
