The Director of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for creating & driving execution of a comprehensive Marketing & Sales strategy for this Next Generation Learning Experience start-up.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Marketing professional with demonstrated strategic marketing experience, ideally in the Education Services space. Additional qualities of the Director of Marketing & Sales include:
Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
A next-generation Education-delivery venture based in Bangkok that aims to bring high-quality affordable education to secondary students in Asia by facilitating content from accredited institutions around the world (instructional component), and diverting those resources otherwise spent on teachers/classrooms into high-tech learning centers (applied/experiential component), that combines a Makerspace environment (Robotics, VR | AR), with a fully fitted science lab, and a creative computer arts space that teaches coding, 3D modeling, production, graphic design, and other 21st century job skills.
- Understanding of & excited by how Education Delivery is transforming, moving online and being driven by technology
- Exceptional Communication skills, interacting with both Thai and foreign parents & students, teachers, business partners, other educational institutions
- Extroverted and enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology innovation environment
Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
- Develop the 360 Degree Marketing Strategy for the flagship Learning Delivery Center
- Drive implementation of the Integrated Multi-channel Marketing Strategy - including Digital & Traditional Campaigns | Events | 'Open House' Days | Performance Marketing | Social Media Marketing | Public Relations | Booths at Educational Fairs, EduTech Conventions
- Stay current on trends in leading edge learning delivery modalities and incorporate continuous competitive environment analysis & feedback
- Manage Social Media presence and direct programs to grow social media reputation and recognition
- Manage & Coach internal Marketing & Sales Teams | Manage external Marketing Agencies & Consultants
- MBA (preferred) or Bachelor Degree in Marketing | Business | Related Discipline
- 4+ years experience in the following: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Related Segment
- Well-rounded Traditional & Digital Marketing capabilities
- Proven success as Marketing Manager in Educational Services
- Motivates cross functional individuals and teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills | English & Thai
