Labour / Employee Relation and Communication Functions
- Ensures company has necessary materials to assist with arbitrations and/or other legal matters
- Administers the contract (i.e. represents the company in grievance meetings, counsels supervisors on complex contract interpretation issues)
- Analyses internal/external labour data from multiple system sources Monitors labour relations trends, developments and cases, and advise business as appropriate
- Identifies labour issues that could impact business and initiates research to cascade to management
- Investigates employee complaints and claims. Counsels managers and supervisors. Identifies potential risks/impacts of case to parties involved.Conduct and response for Labour Union activities, Annual Demands negotiation, strategy plans, drafting and information support for management decision making
- Conduct and response for Employee Committee activities, Quarterly meeting , strategy plans, drafting and information support for management decision making
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a ER Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Employee Relations | Human Resources Management
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Good in English
