Labour / Employee Relation and Communication Functions

  • Ensures company has necessary materials to assist with arbitrations and/or other legal matters
  • Administers the contract (i.e. represents the company in grievance meetings, counsels supervisors on complex contract interpretation issues)
  • Analyses internal/external labour data from multiple system sources Monitors labour relations trends, developments and cases, and advise business as appropriate
  • Identifies labour issues that could impact business and initiates research to cascade to management
  • Investigates employee complaints and claims. Counsels managers and supervisors. Identifies potential risks/impacts of case to parties involved.Conduct and response for Labour Union activities, Annual Demands negotiation, strategy plans, drafting and information support for management decision making
  • Conduct and response for Employee Committee activities, Quarterly meeting , strategy plans, drafting and information support for management decision making


  • Proven work experience as a ER Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Employee Relations | Human Resources Management
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Good in English
