Role Overview

Our client, a well-known automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for an experienced candidate to join its team as Employee Relations Manager who will ensure the implementation of an appropriate industrial relations' climate on site to meet business objectives, and compliance with the Group's policies.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Assist Human Resources Director - establish annual company plan to promote & increase employee engagement level of the organization through Employee Relations activities
  • Responsible for employee relations activities to strengthen company, employee and labor union relationships
  • Provide professional advice or best practice in area of employee relations to team and executives
  • Design and manage communication program to create a good understanding both inside and outside the company
  • Be a coordinator between labor union and employee committee

Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Male and Female age 35 - 45 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Laws or related field
  • At least 10 years of working experience especially in Labor Relation from medium to large size manufacturing operations
  • Solid experienced in Labor Law/court
  • Good working knowledge of Thai labor laws & local legislations
  • Strong interpersonal skills & connect well with people
  • Pleasant & outgoing but strong character with good leadership skill
  • Good command in English
