Position : Personal Assistant
Location : Bangkok
Qualifications :
- Thai nationality age between 27-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, marketing or any related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in a qualification in administration and management
- Working independently, proactively and with full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, often requiring planning, organizing and managing simultaneous priorities and deadlines
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English (Toeic 800 or above)
- A person who can speak in French would be advantage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executive schedule management, provide assistance to executives
- Organize internal and external meeting and accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Providing administrative support to departments and related companies.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, booking and arranging travel, transport, and other external contacts, etc.
- Organizes and maintains files and documents system.
- Handling all incoming telephone, responding to emails and Greeting visitors to workplace and handle office management.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
