Role Overview

Our client is south-east Asia's leading online printing company. We are seeking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and driven individual to take on the role of Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
  • Manage and lead sales team of up to 40 employees
  • with directly reporting team leaders and indirectly
  • reporting account executives and after-sales functions coach, inspire and motivate the sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and direction
  • Forecast and analyze sales data
  • Ensure that the sales teams meet or exceed overall targets and KPIs such as: new customers acquired, revenue and profit generated, customer retention metrics
  • Monitor the team's activity statistics and KPIs on a regular basis, conduct regular meetings with the teams and with the management in order to improve systems, sales tools, performance and efficiency
  • Develop smooth processes among sales teams, supply chain team and other departments
  • Look for ways to create new revenue streams at every possible opportunity and ways to develop customer relationships
  • Work closely with company's management team to analyze, discuss, improve and develop knowledge about products, sales processes and other information of the company
Experience | Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent.
  • Degree from overseas preferred with International mindset
  • Experience in a leadership role and managing large headcounts in the field of B2B-sales or business development for least 3 - 5 years
  • 5 - 10 years of professional experience in a sales or telesales related functions
  • Excellent English language skills (Toeic > 850)
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent time and people management skills
  • Good critical, abstract thinking capabilities in conjunction with a well-developed analytical skill set
  • Relevant experiences in process development and experience in operational functions apart of sales
  • High detail orientation while keeping track of the overall targets
  • Ability to be agile and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in the printing industry is advantageous
