Job Description

Role Overview

The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible to develop the overall recruitment and workforce plan and strategy in accordance with the business growth projections. This person will lead the recruitment process and will work with other business leaders to anticipate the competency and resource requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Deliver sustainable recruitment plan to align with business direction
  • Manage Recruitment Managers and Recruitment Coordinators, developing and engaging them to ensure delivery targets at the right time, the right quality and the right price, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Support the business to achieve the company's goal
  • Develop recruitment standards and system
  • Build a flexible, fast paced hiring environment
  • Create an environment to inspire innovation and improvement for the team to consider recruitment as a business
  • Develop and lead the overall recruitment plan and process in accordance with the company's growth projections
  • Establish a workforce hiring plan with each business leaders to anticipate competency and resource requirements
  • Implement a talent management system and work with stakeholders to design and manage the rotation schedules for Management Trainee Programs (e.g. Buyer Trainee / Commercial Trainee)

Experience | Skill Requirements

  • University degree in HR Professional or related field
  • At least 10+ years' experience in Human Resources a Recruiter. Experience in recruitment firm would be ideal
  • Team management with mature and systematic thinking and strong leadership skills
  • Hands on and down to earth personality with good presentation skills
  • Experienced in IT talent search in new market fields such as Digital and Data Scientist
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English
