Job Description


  • Execution of daily warehouse operations (pick, pack, put-away) and drive the continuous improvement in all warehouse activities
  • Stock accuracy, cycle count, and storage management
  • Achieve all warehouse and distribution KPIs including but not limited to output, productivity, lead time, stock accuracy, and service.
  • Develop and implement warehouse operation systems by determining adequate product handling and identification best practices, storage requirements, equipment utilization and inventory management.
  • Review and prepare workflows, layouts and procedures.
  • Organize and arrange shift schedule, operating to ensure smooth operation of all factory warehouse in according to meet goals
  • Overview and monitor team disciplines and actively follow and improve safety.
  • Lead the implementation of warehouse management system,
  • Implement operational cost control to achieve business goals
  • Develop annual operational budgets and periodical reviews, supporting other managers and working closely with Finance.
  • Identify cost reducing opportunities


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
  • Having worked, lived or studied abroad in English speaking country will be a plus
  • Experience in fields such as: Planning, Costing, Controlling would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience at management level in warehouse/logistics of distribution, manufacturing, 3 PL.
  • A persuasive character and the ability to work with different cultures.
  • Good knowledge of 5 S, TPM, Kaizen/Lean manufacturing
  • Experience from a multinational company is a must.
  • Very good computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) with strong experience in ERP and WMS, Computer literate.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English. TOEIC score 700 up
  • Good communication skills, leadership, initiative, cooperation, teamwork, and analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills.
