Our client is high quality machines and engineering services with new technology and modern. They are looking for Key Account Manager-TH to manage customer needs to achieve sales KPI and customer satisfaction.
Position: Key Account Manager-TH
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure that everything is ready (warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Ensuring the service solutions are delivered to clients in a timely manner and successfully onboarded.
- Planning overall activities and campaign and handling for operations of clients to achieve sales KPI and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing campaign, store performance, monthly sales, local market, customer behavior to tackle business issues and best find solution.
- Optimizing inventory management including forecast, ordering, and controlling stocks.
- Managing business of the company, KPI is sales revenue and profit margin.
- Leading communication with brand and platform to get support of various resources.
- 10 years working experiences in Key Account Manager.
- Experience in FMCG/food/packaging would be preferred.
- Can Do attitude, Proactive, Negotiation, Logical thinking, Strategic planning, sale driven, and Problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A must willing to travel.
