Role Overview
Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality service industry amenity kits such as serve to hotel and airline, is looking for a dynamic candidate for its Marketing Manager - HORECA Channel position. The successful applicant will pilot the marketing strategy focusing on the hospitality and services industries.
Key Responsibilities | Deliverable
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company, and drive qualified traffic to its front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the company's website and blog that attracts and converts the target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Be in charge of the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Experience | Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Product Management, preferably gained in the FMCG industry
- Fluent in English Language, both speaking and writing
- Must possess strong analytical skills and be results-oriented
- Creative, confident, and accountable
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to very dynamic, fast-changing work environment
