Job Description

Role Overview

The Office Manager will handle and process all office administration duties and serve as the point person for all office related matters for this new start-up company in the IT-Software industry.

The successful candidate will be excited about working in a start-up environment, and be able to work in isolation at times while keeping eyes on the goal, excellence. Great English skills, both at writing and speaking, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Handle most HR duties and update / maintain office policies as necessary and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with all vendors regarding all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting and cooperate with our outsourced legal and accounting as necessary
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employee/contractor queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Experience | Skill Requirements
  • Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of online productivity products
  • Hands on experience with all office devices
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
