The Online Community Manager is responsible for the design, implementation & execution of the overall Social Media Strategy for the clients of this Creative Digital Agency, led by one of Thailand's foremost Digital Strategists.


The Ad Tech-saavy Online Community Manager is responsible for administering social media accounts, being responsive to user community queries and ensuring fresh, relevant content to promote brand awareness & build strong, engaged communities.


Our ideal Online Community Manager is a young digital marketing professional with a solid understanding of Social Media platforms and associated toolsets underpinned with a passion to learn and expand her Digital & Social Media marketing capabilities.




Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Support the design, implementation & execution of Clients' overall Social Media Strategy
  • Coordinate with Clients to develop online content plan and calendar
  • Understand Client online community needs and help with scoping | Research the online market space for Client's business
  • Support design of Clients' Social & Mobile Media presence & channels | Generate engaging, differentiated, and compelling text, image, and video content for Client Social Media accounts
  • Manage public comments and customer queries in a timely, engaging manner
  • Monitor and report results of online reviews and public commentary
  • Build Client Community and boost brand awareness through online events and other creative marketing ideas
  • Manage | Administer | Be Responsive to all Client Social Media accounts
  • Stay on top of emerging Social Media trends, platforms & tools to assess relevance and impact
  • Identify & work with relevant Social Media Influencers
  • Keep up to date with the latest Social Media topics and trends
  • Master the latest digital social and mobile tools that will be provided




Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing | Communications | Business | Creative or any Relevant Program
  • At least 1 Year of practical Online Community or Social Media Marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram &/or Line@Business
  • Experience in Social Media advertising campaigns
  • Ambitious & hungry to learn latest approaches & tools for Online Community management | Passion for Social & Mobile Media
  • Strong Communicator (written & verbal) & Collaborator
  • Fluent in Thai | Conversational in English
  • French speaking | French background | Knowledge of French culture is a bonus, as several key clients are French
