Role Overview

 

The Organization Development Director will be responsible to develop, formulate, plan and implement the Human Resources & Organizational Development (HROD) Strategy using an intervention-initiative-system design & implementation approach to drive organization effectiveness, employee engagement, and corporate performance achievement. The responsibilities include the entire spectrum of the HROD system enhancement and integration, as well as the implementation of innovative Leadership & Talent Development programs.

 

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Define Strategic Action Plans, HROD Initiatives/Roadmap of HR Policies: Policies and Procedure Manuals, HR System Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Organization Architecture Design: Functional Model & Framework for a lean, aligned, and effective structure
  • Value Chain: Gap Analysis, Job Function and Description aligned with the Organizational Structure
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Manpower Capability Planning, Manpower Efficiency Measurement and Optimization through effective Recruitment & Sourcing Plans
  • Employee Engagement: Survey & Measurement
  • Performance Management: Goals & KPIs aligned with the company’s Performance Driven Culture
  • Learning & Development: Competency Assessment for Career Planning & Development
  • Change Management for HROD interventions and deployment

 

Experience and other Qualifications

  • Male or Female of Thai Nationality, ideally age between 40 - 48 years old
  • At least 10+ years working experience as a Human Resource Organization Development in a MNC or in a large organization
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources
  • Strong background in OD Strategic Plans, Organization Design, Change Management and Performance Management
  • Self-motivated, pro-active with strong people skill
