Position: Ads & Business Manager
- Managing end-to-end delivery of concurrent multiple projects to the products release in the market.
- Driving team and develop responsibility to achieve project and company goals.
- Leading and planning of product vision, roadmap for all B2B products in Thai market aligned with company's strategy, especially Display Ads products.
- Working closely with cross-functional team across business stakeholders, engineering, financial, B2B and legal teams both Thai and Global offices
- Achieving of business outcomes by adaptively adjust business planning
- Managing pipeline of B2B products and define new opportunity for new initiative for Thai users.
- Analyzing product growth, monetization, and business impact along the product lifecycle.
- Taking leads and ownership driving responsible product to success in the local market.
- Monitoring, identify and resolve issues that affect team's ability to achieve target.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in product management with a prior experience leading a team of managers/analysts.
- Global Audience platform such as Adobe Audience Manager, Ads Network & Programmatic system integration is preferred.
- Experience in Display Ads System and integration.
- Capability to work and communicate with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders both locally and globally.
- Familiarity with product development and best practices.
- Good in problem-solving, strong analytical, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in End-user product.
