This Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant is a mid-level leadership position for one of the world's leading professional IT Solutions & Services providers, specializing in Data-driven Transformation. The Solutions Consultant provides technical consulting, as a trusted advisor, to support sales activities and enhance customer relationships.

Job Roles | Responsibilities
Business Development | Technical Solutioning | Client & Partner Relationship Management

  • Work with Sales Teams to define opportunities and close large opportunities with the right Solutions and mapping key Value propositions to customers' business
  • Develop Key Enterprise Customer relationships and address their current and new business/applications for up selling products and solutions
  • Sales and Pre-Sales enablement in our key channel partners and for internal team members
  • Build Customer Engagement working with Channel Partners
  • Participation in lead generation activities and customer engagements along with channel partners
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in pre-sales support activities
  • Work closely with sales & post sales team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and business goals
  • Actively participate in Partners' strategy sessions
  • Works in conjunction with Sales Account team & Partners to develop timely and professional responses to RFPs' and RFIs'.
  • Conduct in-depth functional evaluations of Customer Requirements and Business Objectives
  • Serve as Technology Liaison between Channels and Sales Account team
  • Coordinate Proof-of-Concepts, Perform Technical Presentations, Solutions and Product Demonstrations
  • Articulate Customer Requirements and proposed Solutions to Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Services and ensure successful solution implementation
Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Sales or related technical field
  • 5+ years Professional Pre-Sales experience in IT Solutions | Services | Systems Integration | Enterprise Software | Hardware or Data Analytics segments
  • Strong Customer-facing Engagement experience & confidence
  • 5+ years Professional IT experience in major Enterprise applications - Oracle | SAP | MS SQL or Sharepoint | other major Data Management or Analytics provider
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies - Servers | Operating Systems | Storage Solutions | Virtualization
  • Innate ability to relate Business Issues to IT Solutions
  • Strong and proven record of effectively working with Partners & Alliances
  • Ability to Shape & Sell Solution Vision to target clients
