Job Description

This Product Director serves as the Voice of the Customer & Champion of the Consumer Experience for one of Thailand's most iconic companies, a market leader across the hospitality, retail and F&B segments.

As Product Director, you will be responsible for defining, designing and driving the development and management of the features and functionality of all Digital experiences within the business unit. This business-critical and cross-functional position achieves results through facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders from across the business, IT and, of course, the customer. This role will determine strategic Digital needs, develop and prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment with cross-functional budgets and resources, and act as a key stakeholder on various Digital initiatives to ensure delivery. This Director role cares passionately about building the best possible experience across eCommerce, mobile apps and CRM digital assets.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables

  • Drive Strategic Vision & Direction of the Digital Products, assessing relevance of emerging technologies
  • Own Functional & Technical Roadmaps, as well as overall Delivery accountability, for the portfolio of Digital Products
  • Creating, prioritizing and maintaining the Product backlog
  • Build and maintain a relationship with key Customers & Stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the business requirements to the Agile Development Team
  • Get detail level of requirement from stakeholders or customers
  • Product backlog management, including defining user stories and prioritization
  • Working with development teams in estimation and review sessions
  • Help the Scrum Master organize Sprint Review Meetings
  • Facilitating development by working with design and UI | UX teams to ensure the developers have the requisite detail to keep performing iterations
  • Constantly monitoring progress, looking for ways to improve the product and make adjustments based on strategic goals

Experience | Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant Degree Program
  • 5+ Years in Product Management | eCommerce | Mobile App | IT Consulting Space
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an Agile | SCRUM environment, ideally as a Product Owner
  • Understands Digital Technology | Experience Managing Technical Teams, but not necessarily a hands-on techie
  • Excellent Collaborator, Communicator & Motivator
