Position: QA Manager



Industry: Food Manufacturing



Location: Rama 2, Samutsakorn province







Job description:



  • Assuring that all products received, processed and shipped meet specifications.
  • Entailing timely reporting of accurate test results to those involved in each step of the milling process to control portion of the process and reserve the right to correct issues and reject products.
  • Assisting in the building of a framework of quality systems and procedures.
  • Auditing all concerned authorities both government and private sectors if required.
  • Providing training in areas of food science, regulatory requirements and quality measurement systems.
  • Training the trainer and develop programs and assess programs for effectiveness.
  • Reviewing all production specifications: processing, packaging and drying systems to ensure effective product safety and sanitation design.
  • Verifying and validating quality systems to ensure that the systems are working properly and safely.
  • Analyzing and evaluating data patterns and trends in results from quality control tests.
  • Handling Trouble-shoots, assess and responds to situations and is pro-active.
  • Overseeing other system certification as requested




Qualifications:



  • Degree in food science or food technology or food process engineering or related field.
  • 5 years experience in food industry especially in Food Ingredient / Milling background would be preferred with GMP, HACCP and BRC knowledge.
  • General knowledge of microbiology and nutrition.
  • Clear understanding and working knowledge of process and compliance quality systems Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Fluency in English would be an advantage.
