Quality Assurance and Control Manager
Responsible for delegating and assigning tasks to QA/QC Supervisors and working closely with related engineering, construction, contract and procurement department.

- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
- To comply with the target requirements, codes, standards, SSHE (safety, Security, Health, and Environmental).
- Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedule.
- Establish service for end users both internal and external.
- Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
- Inspect product materials and testing plan for new construction
- Managing construction processes, plant equipment, inspection, and test certification and QMS internal audit
- Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%)
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
- Work with other internal departments and employers or employers' representative
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or any related filed
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in quality assurance and control system.
- Have experiences implementing QMS in the construction project and construction of ground improvement would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and logical thinking
- Good command of English
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
