Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience maintaining Key account customer in Poultry, Swine, livestock Industry.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Create strategic key account management policy.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends of animal health and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Actively attending Animal Health and Swine, Livestock Exhibition and events in the region.
Requirements
- Strong Experience in Poultry Vaccines & Swine Vaccines
- Strong understanding of Poultry and Swine Industry, Strong technical understanding of Poultry and Swine Vaccines.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, D.V.M or Ph.D. in veterinary science or bachelor's degree in animal science.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Management or similar senior sales role in Animal Health Industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
