- Leading onsite technician team to satisfy customer requested
- Improve the service process and efficiency for achieving target
- Onsite technical support to customers.
- Manage and training team member for improving skill and professionalism.
- Inventory management for operations of the work shop.
- Coordinate with internal team to make sure that customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the contacts of clients and identify customer's requirement.
- Responsible for the onsite contact.
- At least 5 years working experience in service engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or any related.
- Good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and well organized
