- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Identify target customers, prepare monthly forecast to achieve sales growth target in assigned territory or customer category
- Manage and organize sales activities for food monitoring solutions business in Thailand
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business decision makers, influencers and other stakeholders including maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback to marketing and product management teams to pursue business opportunities
- Regular participation in regional trade shows and market related activities
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum ten 8-10 years of experience in Sales, QSR, business development, cold chain or Business Development.
- Strong proven sales track record.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Digital skill is a plus.
- Well connected, outgoing, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command in written and spoken English
