Job Description

 

Our client, a leading property development company, is currently building a complex of 100 luxury private residence in Krabi. The unit prices will range between THB 30m to 60m and will be managed by one of the world's most famous hotel brand.

The Sales Manager will focus on the sales of units to foreigners. This person will have the responsibility to build the sales team by hiring, training and managing a team of Sales Associates to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals. This position will require frequent travelling between Bangkok and the property which is in Krabi. The ideal candidate will possess an established network of contacts and will have extensive experience in selling luxury properties/real estate to foreigners, including foreign investors who are not residing in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
 
  • Set Vision and Expectations: Provide a clear picture of future so others can understand and share view. Makes sure that team members clearly understand what is expected of them
  • Sense of Urgency: Approach work with a bias action. Energetically and enthusiastically define and take next steps
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve the highest level of performance through effective leadership and established best practices
  • Establish written individual and team goals and monitor performance to recognize excellence and coach for improvement
  • Recruit individuals that possess the skills and personality to be successful Sales Associates
  • Monitor the sales process to ensure that sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and with the highest level of integrity
Experience | Skill Requirements
 
  • Thai national only
  • Proven track record in selling luxury properties/real estate to foreign investors
  • Prior experience in building and managing a successful sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong sales record; strong customer service skills - must have superior customer service approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai real estate market in the luxury segment; keep current on the market by reading industry news and publications, studying listings, and following trends
  • Passion for luxury real estate a must!
