Our client is the leading of automation solution provider for manufacturing with 15,000 staffs worldwide. We're searching for a highly talented Sales Manager - Software Solutions who is committed to drive and satisfy the needs of our client' customers and expand its business in South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets in defined area.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Active pre-sales and demand creation for Digitalisation portfolio such as SitePilot Platform, SAP Solution, Business consulting.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Commercial clarification, negotiation and provide quotation to customer.
- Co-ordination sales process before and after sales with local team.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales experience especially for MES.
- Positive, Flexible, Able to work independent and as a team, Well planning.
- Good analytical and strong communication skill(presentation, negotiation), can quickly understand, analyze and well communicate insights.
- Very good command of English both of writing and speaking.
- Flexible, Frequent traveling is required.
