Job Description
The ideal Search Engine Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Pay-Per-Click and SEO strategies & campaigns are focused & optimized in driving customer traffic to our clients' websites & online assets. This position is the lead SEM in a differentiated data-driven digital marketing agency which serves as the in-house agency to one of the largest hospitality & leisure companies in the world. Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google AdWords is mandatory.
The diversity of our anchor client's brands across luxury hotels, leading fashion brands and quick service restaurants will provide a constant variety of interesting and challenging work. The SEM Specialist will work with executive & marketing teams to refine pay-per-click advertising strategies, search engine optimization techniques, and on-page page visual design to maximize click value and the overall customer experience.

- Execute & Analyze Search Engine Ranking reports
- Drive a unified & consistent Consumer Experience in collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Leverage A/B Testing and similar methods to maximize conversion rate
Experience | Skill Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in relevant Marketing | Digital Marketing | Related field
- 3+ years of SEM Experience | Google AdWords or FB Ads Qualified
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
