As Senior Sales Manager | Performance Marketing Solutions you have an integral role responsible for identifying, growing and nurturing strong partnerships with major clients, agencies and partners in the country. You will be responsible for cultivating the adoption of the company's performance marketing solutions to new advertising clients. Companies operating in the hospitality industry will be your prime targets, but you will also work at selling the company's solutions to other industry segments such as the financial, banking, insurance, and automotive industries.
Armed with a strong knowledge of the company's products, industry networks he/she will leverage their knowledge to ensure consistent delivery on sales target.
Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
- Lead the effort in lead acquisitions and planning where you will identify, attract and convert new clients & partners to use the company's platform/products;
- Proactively contact new advertising clients to secure business;
- Qualify lead, propose and sell the assigned solution to the potential clients within the targeted segment;
- Develop critical understanding of advertising clients' business, products, and business objectives;
- Perform regular detailed accounts review on an on-going basis;
- Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business;
- Manage the overall performance objectives, expectations, and progress of the secured accounts and projects;
Experience | Skill Requirements
- Thai national only;
- At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, IT and/or Media Sales preferred;
- Passionate, good understanding, and appreciation of the Web, Programmatic Technology, Media and Advertising fields;
- Established network of contacts in the hospitality industry preferred. Other industry sectors also a advantage
- Creative, and analytical in understanding customers' needs to deliver them satisfying solutions;
- Strong commitment to quality sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and prompt follow-through;
- Strategic understanding of business process and ability to work and build relationship with different levels within the organization;
- Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize workload;

- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practices;
