Job Description

  • To extend and strengthen relationships to our current customers as well as to potential future customers in Aquaculture industry
  • To build up and develop our network of business partners, including also being a competent discussion partner for our service partners.
  • Developing custom-tailored solutions that are in line with market requirements and customer expectations in close collaboration with our strategic partners as well as the Projecting Department.
  • Taking part in meetings and negotiations with decision-makers at potential customers.
  • Keeping up to date with market developments, focusing on identifying new market possibilities, including participation at exhibitions and seminars, as well as helping with creating pertinent marketing materials for aquaculture
Commercial support
  • Partner with commercial team to implement go-to-market plans; lead trainings and workshops to provide them with marketing tools to be effective in their role
  • Support sales presentations that communicate value proposition & brand message
  • Attend customer events and support as needed with customized materials / compelling value proposition message
Marketing materials
  • Coordinate promotional materials and ensure consistent brand message
  • Lead local bag design that supports brand & product portfolio strategy for the region
Communications
  • Develop internal and external communications strategy and calendar; coordinate with regional team
  • Manage key internal stakeholders through effective communications
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing related field
  • At least 10 years experience in Marketing function
  • You have an insight in market strategy as well as experience with creating developing and managing distribution networks.
  • Relevant experience in aquaculture would be preferable.
  • Flexible to travel to upcountry frequently is a must.
