Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a mid career executive with previous work experience in a renown digital agency to be part of team that develops one of the largest O2O platforms in the country. Your works will help people save time, money, and make impact on their daily lives. As Head of Marketing, you will work closely with global teams on new services verticals for the Thai market from the early stage and have opportunity to grow them to be number one services in the country.
You will be responsible for planning and creating innovative yet relevant marketing campaign for the company's new as well as current users. You will initiate and execute user acquisitions plans using different marketing contents and techniques, posting contents on various channels, and measuring its effectiveness. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for exploring business development opportunities with various partners.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables


  • Craft strategies for all vertical services marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Ensure that the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing activities
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Develop marketing campaign, promotion, advertising product
  • Set up processes to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with key stakeholders


Experience | Skill Requirements


  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience; you MUST have spent at least 5 of those year in a Digital Marketing Agency
  • You MUST have people management experience
  • In-depth knowledge marketing strategy and planning, performance analysis and O2O business
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Integrated marketing mindset with the ability to provide cross-platform strategy between offline and online, and brand vs performance advertising
  • Fluent in English and Thai
