Job Description

The Social Media Manager is responsible for the design, implementation & execution of the overall Social Media Strategy for this App-centric Fintech start-up.

The Social Media Manager's key responsibilities center around developing brand awareness, generating customer traffic leading to product inquiry & adoption and building strong online communities. To do so, the Social Media Manager will work with Creative and manage agencies in the creation & publishing of compelling, eye-catching, high quality content. Also, collaborating with Product & Marketing teams to generate social buzz around the product, product launches and new features & functionality.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for administering all social media accounts, responding to user community queries and ensuring fresh, relevant content to build a strong community. Periodic reporting of web traffic, conversions, engagement, SEO | SEM effectiveness and other relevant metrics provide timely feedback to help adjust course.

Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
  • Design, implement & execute the overall Social Media Strategy of the company
  • Work w/ cross-functional teams (Product | Marketing | Design) and agencies to create & publish fresh, engaging, high-quality content
  • Manage | Administer all company social media accounts
  • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Develop periodic reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Experience | Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing | Business | Any Relevant Program
  • 2+ Years in Social Media Marketing
  • Good understanding of SE and web traffic analytics
  • Ability to identify target customer preferences & develop relevant content to reach them
  • Good multi-tasking skillset
  • Excellent Communicator (written & verbal) & Collaborator
  • Near-fluency in English
