Role Overview
The Strategic Recruitment Director will be responsible to develop the overall recruitment and workforce plan and strategy in accordance with the business growth projections. This person will lead the recruitment process and will work with other business leaders to anticipate the competency and resource requirements of the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Deliver sustainable recruitment plan to align with business direction
- Manage Recruitment Managers and Recruitment Coordinators, developing and engaging them to ensure delivery targets at the right time, the right quality and the right price, meeting or exceeding targets
- Be the part to support business to achieve the company's goal
- Develop recruitment standards and system
- Support a flexible, fast paced hiring environment
- Create an environment to inspire innovation and improvement in the team to be part of business recruitment
- Develop the overall recruitment plan and lead the recruitment process, including understanding business growth projections and workforce plans by working with business leaders to anticipate competency and resource requirements
- Implement the HR Plan for talent management and work with stakeholders to design and manage the development / rotation programs and rotations schedules for Management Trainee Programs (e.g. Buyer Trainee / Commercial Trainee)
Experience and other Qualifications
- Male/Female, Thai nationality, age not over 45 years
- University degree in HR Professional or related field
- At least 10+ years’ experience as a HR Recruiter or HR Generalist
- Team management with strong leadership skills
- Multi-tasking with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
