Criterion Asia Recruitment is a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing company specializing in recruitment and executive search services in Thailand and its neighboring countries. We focus our searches on mid to senior level executives across key industries for multinational companies where an international style of management is preferred, and English skills are necessary.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to the Office Manager and Managing Director. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities | Deliverables
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Type in data provided directly from clients & prospects
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of information without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review, update, clean, and maintain existing data records
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Experience | Skill Requirements
- On-going Bachelor's Degree in any field, bit preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Statistics
- Fast typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word & Excel)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Great attention to details
