Our Client is a software business which provide to hospitality industry. Presently, they are sucessfully provideing almost thousand customer worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Create articles and customer master data
- Support customers
- Ensure that all master data fulfill our requirements
- Clarify questions with customers and suppliers by phone
- General support and administrative work
- Flexibility to travel for system implementations and trainings in hotels if required
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality or Business administration are an advantage
- Hotel experience is an advantage
- Vietnamese nationality only
- A confident, self-initiated, target focused way of work
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to details and thorough follow-up
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
- Technical understanding of ERP systems are an advantage
