Job Description

Responsibilities

HR Business Partner
  • To implement HR strategic across countries and work closely with Country Managers to ensure all countries aligned and deploy as plan
  • Being as HR consultant for Asia Pacific - South on any HR related
  • HRIS super users, E-Recruiting, Peoplesoft to reduce paperwork for all countries
  • Facilitate annual performance review process, including calibration of performance assessments
  • Reviewing Employee Handbook and Implementing to Asia Pacific, South which aligned with local labor law
  • Leading on the onboarding process & orientation
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
Training and development
  • Implementing training needs analysis, training plan for Asia Pacific -South
  • Handling Internal Talent development projects
Talent Acquisition & Company Branding
  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
  • Help organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event)
  • Prepare and manage division's budget
  • Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
  • Leading on Talent Acquisition & Talent Recruitment for Asia Pacific -South
  • Handling Internal Talent development projects
  • Being project leader on company Branding, University visit and management trainee program
Qualifications
  • At least bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field
  • More than 10 years working experience of Human Resources functions as HR Manager, or HRBP, possess working experience from manufacturing working environment will be advantage
  • Relevant experience in MNC would be preferable
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English (Business English).
