Our client is a large food manufacturing and currently they are looking for key person to manage and controlling sales performances and activities within the sales budget.
Salary: THB 80,000 per month
- Monitoring sales figures and setting sales target such as tracking sell in-out of all channels including controlling sales promotional on time and within the budget.
- Analyzing and monitoring the distributors to ensure that they achieve KPI and profit margin.
- Coaching and developing solutions especially solving difficulties to team members.
- Leading a team for planning, implementing and evaluating programs in order to achieve sales volume by expanding product availability and improve visibility
- Ensuring effective pricing and promotion and territorial integrity in assigned area.
- Handling data analysis to find the opportunity for growth and efficiency.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing and BA or related field.
- Experienced in management distributor development in Traditional Trade channel.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Good in Microsoft Excel.
